This page gathers all the rules related to the processing concerning your personal data, carried out by Heart Core LTD, developers of the Gripper game, in the framework of its activities.
We may modify our Privacy Policy at any time, especially with the aim of respecting any law or regulation changes. In any case, we shall inform you and we shall request your agreement through our web site or by e-mail, before the enforcement of the modification(s).

This Privacy Policy aims to explain and determine the personal data collected while you are using/buying the products and/or services of Heart Core.

V – Duration of personal data conservation

As required by the enforceable legislation, Heart Core keeps your personal data as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the mentioned purposes.
By the end of the duration below, your personal data are erased and/or archived and/or anonymized.
The personal data related to the users and customers shall be kept during three (3) years after the last contact or the last use of the product or service of Heart Core.

VI – Rights on the personal data

You dispose of the right of access, rectification, erasure of your personal data as well as the right to oppose and limit the processing. Furthermore, you dispose of the data portability right of your personal data.

As required by the provisions under article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you dispose of the right to introduce a claim to a supervisory authority if you consider that we have not respected your rights.
